At Jefferson's Transcriptions, we take pride in the integrity of our work product. We strive to meet all deadlines in a timely manner. In addition, due to the nature of the business, condfidentiality is at a premium and the utmost discretion is always used.
Audio files (or video files) can be sent to us for transcribing via mail, FedEx, or email, or uploaded through our secure file dropbox system. Once the case has been finished, we can email the transcripts to you or provide you with a hard copy. We will then mail the CD/Audio/Digital media back to you to you, along with a signed certification.
